WHY CONSIDER THE DELTA NETWORK?
LGBTQ people around the world often face discrimination in their personal and professional lives. We want to address
these challenges head-on through The Delta Network.
Through our work with partnered organizations, The Delta Equality Pledge aims to create an inclusive environment that:
- is a safe space and free from any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, sexual orientation etc.
- encourages the recruitment, retention and development of talented people from the LGBTQ community
- provides access to support if/when an adverse incident takes place.
HOW TO ENROLL
All organisations are welcome to sign up to the Delta Equality Pledge. The Pledge provides a simple but effective way to demonstrate support for the LGBTQ community and is an opportunity to drive commitment to equality and inclusion.
In order to get the most out of the Delta Equality Pledge, organisations need to reflect and consider what can be done to make their space a safe space and more inclusive for all.
The Delta Equality Pledge lists a set of actions that partner companies may take to cultivate a trusting environment where all ideas & people are welcome, comfortable and empowered to reinforce diversity and inclusion.
